On the way to a kids party, and I know there is likely be lots of pizza and chips. So I had to break fast a little early so I can be full before I get there! (Hoping for a veggie platter there, but didnt want to tempt myself)

I will often bring a veggie platter with me to share, even if it's not a potluck! lol! That way I know that there is something there I can eat & be less likely to over indulge in other things!

@orbity I used to always bring a GF dish because my daughter and I have celiac, and I can't trust or expect others to provide us with GF foods. But I will have to start always bringing veggie platter in case, because there was no veggies.
