Is it that time of the month? Are you eating too many processed foods (which are high in sodium and can make you retain water)? Have you started a new exercise program or changed your old one (muscles can retain water when they are sore)? Check through your food diary and see if you have been eating higher amount of sodium. If you have been on plan, then it's most likely water weight.
