So Ive been working out like a maniac and put on 3lbs- isnt that always the way, at least I know its water and my body is recovering and I'll see a drop in a few days. Got Insanity and Brazil butt lift. Im very excited to try them. Insanity looks like its for men- maybe my hubby will try it?!

Oh I hate when I work really hard and see the scale go up. It can be either very discouraging or very motivating. ... I have wanted to try those workouts you will have to update on whether they are any good or not!
