Getting ready for heavy deadlifts today! Been tapering slowly off my strict cut. Not increasing my intake by much but my muscles already feel much fuller and energy is better

btw, have you ever tried making French toast from English muffins? Adds a bit of protein, and so so good, especially cooked on cast iron.

I like that French toast idea! Tom: pretty pretty good. A lot of reps and worked up to 495lbs
