Got a new scale - the Eatsmart Precision GetFit! Measures weight, body fat, water percentage, muscle mass, and bone mass. Excellent. Current weight: 124.6lbs, body fat will wait till tonight.
Not so excellent: Since I got in a bike accident last Wednesday I have not been able to exercise as I normally do (whiplash, swollen knee, etc). Since then I've discovered that something is wrong with my left shoulder's possible rotator cuff: I can't do pushups or even stabilize a high plank because there is a stabbing pain. And since I had a LEEP procedure on Tuesday, I won't be allowed to swim for 3 weeks. Also, my bike was wrecked in the crash. So currently: no running (foot), no biking (no bike), no swimming (cervix healing), no weight training (shoulder). WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!??!?!! I usually exercise at least once (sometimes twice) every day and now I can't do anything?!
Keeping tabs on food though - it has been 7 days and I find it really hard to stick to 1580 calories a day...which means that when I actually try and diet and put it down to like, 1500, it will probably feel impossible. =(
