New diet adapts elements of Atkins diet. I found the complete Atkins diet was not providing enough energy given my energy requirements (study needs and high exercise levels) resulting in me nearly fainting at various times of the day.
Now, I allow myself carbs, but NOT: - bread, pasta - refined sugar - limited saturated fats - limited dairy
