Fell off the wagon hard this weekend. Maxwell concert after work on Friday (concession food & drinks), USC game on Saturday (more concession food) and Ciclavia on Sunday (more food that I shouldnt be eating) The only good thing is I rode my bike 23 miles over the weekend so it could have been a lot worse. These additional 5 lbs should be gone by Saturday am.
