Day 4 of South Beach Phase One. I made a bunch of the mini quiches from the recipe in the book to have as my breakfast every morning. So far, so good. Much better option than the gigantic bowls of sugary cereal I had been eating! Then for lunch I have been eating plain Greek yogurt or fat free cottage cheese and some veggies. Dinner is hard b/c I'm off to class and so I've been grazing on pistachios or almonds and then Babybel cheese. When I get home I pan fry some chicken in olive oil and cut up some veggies. It's not fancy, but it's the best I can do for now!

I'm so embarrassed I have gotten to this weight. It is the highest weight I have ever recorded while not pregnant. Since I'm 33, Salem wants us to have child #2 sooner rather than later. I told him I refuse to start a pregnancy at my current weight.

I really want to lose 30+ lbs. 132. I miss seeing that number on the scale!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope everything with the baby is going well- school still on your schedule makes for long days. You'll lose it!! Hard to get pregnant again after you lose it though, did that three times then after the fourth I have battled the same 20 pounds : ( but I am still here slugging it out and if I'm here it keeps me from the 180's : ) so glad you're back!

Your baby is adorable. I see all the pics on facebook. What a cutie. Chris don't feel bad. I have gained too and you had a much better excuse. lol Not that we are looking for excuses. We will both get back to where we want to be. Your journal made me think I should dig out my SB book and maybe start over with you.
