Holi Crapoli what a weekend! My mother's teacup poodle was poisoned by "Unspecified Toxin" and almost died. The stress of this event was ENORMOUS. I had no idea that the (possible)loss of the poodle would tap into the white hot tempestuous grief I carry due to the loss of my mother.
Unfortunately, I stuffed myself with every greasy salty and deep fried thing I could get my hands on. I almost wish it was the "sleep for 20 hrs a day and eat once" grief, so at least I wouldn't feel like I fell off the bandwagon. But no matter, it's easy enough to hop back on, and I'm already there :)
I started tracking food and exercise again on Monday, and I came out of my zombie coma today, so ideally, I'll have EVEN more exercise to log for tomorrow. I think I might even try some challenges this week.
