Hmm - haven't journaled in a few days! NOT GOOD! Also not staying below my RDI as much this week as I did before. Still lost weiht though according to the logged weigh in earlier in the week anyway. haven't stepped back on the scale for a couple of days. May not want to either! :( Just gotta get myself back on track!!!
