Ok! Finally! Recalculated to 1200 cal a day with less % carbs. Adjusted sleep schedule. Exercise still too painful with back injury. Getting Super determined to stop gaining. Choose and make foods separately from my four boys and learning more nutritional choices. Stop forgetting to take probiotics and vitamins. How do people do all this and not feel lonely?
128.5 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
