I was very sick this past week so I want able to workout every day and my nutrition suffered because I lose my appetite.

It's a new week so I'm going to try to put that disappointment behind me and try to work as hard as I can this week because I've fallen behind.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
