I cheated pretty bad the past 2 days. Wednesday was girl's night, I ate Mexican food (lots) and drank MUCH booze, then finished off the night with Taco Bell. Then yesterday I didn't plan my day and was ravished at 3pm, ate Jimmy Johns (white sub AND chips), then ate crap at home the rest of the night (chips, nut bars). I was 179 the morning of my cheat, looks like this cost me 5 pounds! Surely mostly water. I'm back on track starting today!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
