Walked to breakfast and back today. 7.5 miles round trip.
I'm a little bit tired. Be interesting to see if I'm sore tomorrow.

That's excellent exercise, it would be great if you could do it often.

I'm training for a 60 mile / 3 day walk at the end of August. So I will be doing that and more.
