I am a little frustrated with this steady weight thing I have going on right now. I know it is totally my fault, but ugh.... I need to be working harder and watching my diet better on the weekends. I have been slacking on my running the last few weeks but I was back to it again today. Part of it is, I decided to bump up my speed (I am a slow poke) to 5 and I have basically had to start over. I got an hour in between the 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of squats and arms. However, I should have gotten out of bed at 4 when the cats were driving me crazy.

The after work walk didn't happen last night. I didn't get home until after six between traffic, post office, stopping to grab laundry to take to mom's (washer is still broken), gas, chatting with mom, and then wandering around the grocery store looking for tortillas.... I got home and our recently unemployed friend was over at the house. He is the one that my fiance has been DISC GOLFING :) with. They had gone out and played a round before I got home. I cooked dinner and cleaned my kitchen then cuddled up on the couch next to my hunnie. I have a feeling that I will have this balance thing down pretty soon!

Today, I should be home a little earlier, but it is supposed to rain so no walk. I am debating going to the BFF's house to do bootcamp. I really should just go do it. I have more cleaning to do though. It will depend on whether I have to drive across town to pick up my monster.... I am trying to get all my household stuff done before Thursday in hopes that I can sneak away to my RIPPED class at 6:15. It will require having Bug dropped off by mom or picked up by the fiance, and dinner done before I go.... Balance :)

Here's to seeing a change on the scale tomorrow.... I really could use some motivation in the form of numbers!

Well, Bailey just wanted to tell you don't feel bad I dropped a pound yesterday and was up a WHOPPING 3lbs today- What is the deal! I get so mad at that scale and I double check it everytime.... don't know what is going on. WILL NOT BE LOGGING THE WEIGHT TODAY!!!!!!!! Why is it the WOMAN has to stay so BUSY and the MAN gets to do their own things makes me nuts! :) Hope you see a chainge in the scale girl!

I'm always pretty steady, it takes me a long time to drop a pound, so I know where you're at. I'm glad you clarified the disc golf, I was hoping that's what you meant. :) I think I'm busy, but looking at your list of things to do, really makes me thankful that I don't have all of that. Having kids in school is helpful, and my hubby picks them up so that's good. If you don't do bootcamp, just work up a sweat cleaning, that burns calories too. :)

Slow and steady wins the race... just keep that in mind. Balance will be achieved, it just takes time and some adjustment. You did get in the exercise early, so not getting the walk in later, well, don't beat yourself up about it. Perhaps writing down all that you would like to get done in the day, then crossing things off as you go? Might get you headed in the right direction, then later won't have to write it all down, will just be part of your routine. Good luck!!
