My name is Kat. I just started the fat flush today. I have never done it before and don't know what to expect. I only know about phase 1 - I am hoping to stay on it for 2-4 weeks. But then I don't know what to do.

Hi Kat, You need to get the book and read it. Its the only way to properly do the plan. You will lose weight if you follow phase 1 strictly. After 2 wks, you move onto phase 2. Phase 2 is the actual weight loss phase while phase 1 detoxes you and gets rid of the crap in your system and the water weight you carry around. Welcome!

Hey Kat. I stayed on Phase 1 for 2 weeks, but started to feel a little weak after that, so went to phase 2 and added some sea salt, (my body was really craving the sodium). All phase 2 is, adding a few more carbs to your diet, not that much more. I pretty much stay in phase 2 now, but go back to phase 1 if my weight starts to creep up. I have never went back to caffeine and only sugar once in awhile. Good luck. I am also a nurse, so with you being a nurse you will be able to tell when your body will need that sodium. Hang in there, the first week and a half is pretty ruff.

I meant I stayed on phase 1 for 4 weeks.
