Around 6 hours since my last meal, feeling some hunger. This is kind of new for me, recently; ever since I shifted to keto my hunger has been fairly unnoticeable.

Two guesses on why I am feeling the hunger now.
a) eating is taboo on a fast and this is a mental reaction to food restriction.
b) my last fast cleared out some metabolic issue that was blocking my hunger to some degree.

Going to have my supplements and see what happens.

What did you eat six hours ago? With Keto, you've really got to stay on top of (document) what goes in your body so that you can look back and tweak the macronutrients to get your body to burn as efficiently as possible. So, what does your food look like?
