It has been a very busy day. I hadn't had time to think about eating until lunch. I made a great choice, a grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing. I bought some new snacks, Planters Nut-rition mix. 6 packs per container with 5 net carbs. I was getting very tired of pork skins. I will just have a shake for dinner because my hubby had a pizza for lunch and I don't think he will be hungry. My weigh-in today was a bust, no loss-no gain. And here I thought it was going to be easy!
