Started 10th round: Monday, October 2, 2017 - 237.6 lbs
The first two weeks of 21 day fix nutrition/fitness plan is a single workout, versus week 3 being double workouts. The double workouts I go back to food bracket I am supposed to be in, while dropping it one bracket for the other ones
I had been doing the lowest bracket on first two and then jumping up a bracket for the double workouts, and noticed I was still hungry and the workouts were challenging.
My focus this round is to focus on: 5 cups of veggies, 3 cups of fruit, 5 3/4 cups of lean proteins, 4 1/2 cups of carbohydrates, 1 1/4 cup of healthy fats, 1 TBSP seeds and dressing, 5 teaspoons of oils and nut butters, drinking 18 cups of water daily, no caffeine (dark chocolate is the exception), and daily exercise with Sunday either yoga stretches or a rest day.
