Would you like to join the club? I couldn't find any sweets to eat tonight so what did I do? Eat fruit? Drink water? Oh no. I made a batch of cookies. Even my husband, who is never on any kind of diet, was looking at me like, what are you doing?
I am going off the deep end that's what I am doing!!!
I know what my motivation will be..seeing a lovely spike in my chart when I finally weigh in tommorrow. I can tell ya right now it ain't gonna be pretty!

I KNOW i'll see the spike on my chart here tomorrow...if I don't then I know I wasn't standing on the scale with both feet! HA! Ok...sounds like we both need to get our heads back into this! We know we're NOT following our diets...so that's the start of KNOWING we HAVE TO START AGAIN NOW...Or I'll see an easy 5 lb. gain in a week! YIKES! CAN'T do that!!! Let's do this TOGETHER!! Give those cookies to your hubby there to take to work and I'll throw out this bag of chips that is continually calling my name! ok? Let's do it!!

those cookies are out of here tommorrow morning, I already packaged them up and put them in his car.

It's OK...we all have those days...I'm having one of those WEEKS...so if anyone let the team down this week it's ME! Ok...let's now not have anymore self-destructive talk and get back to it! Tomorrow is going to be a good day for us both, Buddie!!
