Last night I made Louisiana Chicken Pasta for some guests we had over. It's a very carby dish with a lot of cheese and cream. I made sure it was the only substantial thing I had all day, but I had two servings.
I'm fairly pleased with this morning's weigh in. I thought it might be worse for my lack of physical activity over the weekends.
Today will be more fried rice left-overs (if they haven't gone bad by now)... either that or yogurt and baby spinach.
Then for dinner, left-overs of chicken pasta.
