It is going to take a while to get back down to 20carbs a day. I only cheated once today, I thought - and I am up to 100. If I take it slow and don't beat myself up when I fail then I'll get back down.

I'm still losing weight, 3lb already, so I'm not worried. I've also started drinking a lot of white tea again.
