Not as much as I wanted but happy that it is a loss rather than a gain or staying steady. Going to have to work hard this weekend and stay even stricter to make sure next week is better
256.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
