Super chuffed! Only have been doing the reduced calories for 4 days and I've lost 3kg! So so pleased! I will weigh in again on Monday and see how I am doing.
Yaaaaaay!
257.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
