ok so i havent been active on here really for a couple years. im currently at 194 lbs still wearing the same size jeans and shirts i did at 180 lbs. difference is ive put on muscle weight over the past couple years. i still hit the gym 5 days a week religiously and im keeping track of my calories now not so much for loosing weight but to maintain the muscle weight i have added. i applaud each and everyone using this as a tool to be a better you. No one else can make that decision for you and i promise that consistent steady good decisions do pay off no matter if it seems like an endless journey dont give up.
