i am feeling really good... been walking the mile lap they put in the basement at work. eating beter exercise more energy... I CAN DO THIS!

I bought a food scale it really helps me with portion control.

M is right; I had no idea how big my meat portions were until I started weighing and logging them! Walking sounds good, as does more energy. :-)

Yes guys i was really surprised at how muchvi was actually eating... The logging helps keep track and makes you aware so you make better choices
