1st week weigh in 202Lbs down 7lbs which is good I guess
Another crap nights sleep ment I did not get up to ride Velo today. Tomorrow no excuses ride to the ride should give me 60+ Miles.
Sticking to the Nutri system diet and trying to just eat when I am supposed to eat.
Just makes it tough as I have no energy reserves and gulping down Gatorade and sport beans on the rides is not helping the calorie intake. Way too much sugar but I will bonk otherwise.
Still overboard with the snacks which seem to add the calorie count fast even though they are low fat and or cereal.
Gonna stay with what I am doing JUST GET ON THE BIKE and see how it looks next Saturday.
