this diet is starting to piss me off as it usually does. i find somethings i like this time it was turkey and quiche and i eat it for lunch every day i switch the things guess what now i hate both things...last time i ate tuna and eggs now i hate them. so soon i am going to loose weight because i'm gonna be aneroixic because there will not be any food i like. and i diss like when people say theres so many options with this diet because I am a picky eater with carbs and even picker without carbs so nope im running out of options. it is just so frustrating you know?

You have lost nicely on sb, I checked your weight history. So if you insist on giving it up because you are a pickey eater, and don't want to continue, you will have to find another diet that you can be as successful at as you are with this one.

Frustrations are always an issue with losing weight! I can relate. Don't let them be the reason you quit... you deserve better than that. Try not to allow yourself to get stuck in a rutt. I know that is what has flubbed me up in the past, as well. I highly recommend that you make a list of foods/menus that you like to eat, and then look here for recipe ideas that are similar to your taste/eating style. I understand how it's easy to feel like their aren't many choices, but I think if you really look at making a dish that you like, just in a healthier way, you might find it easier to stick to. I myself have been a bit picky, and yes at first this diet was hard for me to stick to because I didn't have many choices in my house available for me. I really had to "plan" out a weeks worth of menu ideas. Whether or not I actually followed them was a different story, but at least I was keeping good for me foods in the house. Lots of veggies that I like and would eat, some lite dips to use, and I've even found some spinach/artichoke chips with 3 gms of fiber per serving! lol I don't indulged much, but once in a while it feels good to "cheat" a little and not have it be as bad as a full on "chip", ya know? Well, I hope that you are able to work things out, or at least find a diet that works better for you!! Good luck and we'll be here if you need us! :)

I can definitely relate! There are some days I would rather eat nothing than have to eat what is on "the list." The last time I did SBD, I loved the Quiche Spinach Cups (from the book), string cheese and SF jello. I would die if I had to eat any of those this time. It is funny how your tastes change in food just like everything else. I did find some new recipes here that might appeal to you as well.
