Lisa Hahn's Journal, 22 September 2017

I haven't been able to IF for a couple of weeks. I've really wanted something to eat after my morning workouts and decided not to fight it. I didn't have any soft boiled eggs cooked this morning so decided I would IF today and I did it and it wasn't bad. I didn't have a strong urge to eat. I have some walnuts that I could have eaten if I really wanted something but I was okay.

Great that it worked out for you today - IF can REALLY help keep the body confused and burn fat more effectively. During mine (skipped this week), about two hours after lunch, my stomach wants to gnaw on my backbone for something to eat.

From37to184 I'm not looking to lose weight but I'm wanting to be as healthy as I can be and especially good brain health. I know IF is supposed to help that also. Thanks!!

Same here Lisa! (W goal f maintenance and improved mental focus and energy levels.) Mostly I don't feel like eating even when physically hungry. Glad you're here! It's kind of lonely on the not-doing-this-for-weightloss bus.
