Working hard 8.2 more for next goal and a fancy new hair cut and color. 23.2 and a whole new wardrobe and new makeup. Non-food rewards. Motivation. I can do this.
223.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for saying that - with me, when I reach a benchmark/goal I choose a special meal (Keto-friendly, of course) but it's a compromise of my efforts (calorie rich) where I usually just adjust the other day's meals. I realize they shouldn't be tied to goals, but scheduled. Maybe I need to buy new clothes instead.

I do get one to two "cheat" meals a week. Still have to pick a healthier option. You can google non food weight loss rewards and find ones that work for you.
