1st entry! Woop woop! Lol Ok so ive been using the calorie counter app to keep track of what im eating and burning off. So far so good. 17.1 lb off since the 12th of feb. I work part time which means that weds and fri I have off so last week I decided to kick in with the excercise, after dropping the kids at school last weds I went for a 3 mile walk, friday I went out and did 4.5 miles, sunday morning I clocked 6.7 miles in 2 hours and today I put in 7.96 miles in 2.25 hours with an average speed of 3.5 mph have time say I am feeling it in my legs and feet though! Really not used to walking at all so to say im achey would be an understatement lol
