Lisa Hahn's Journal, 21 September 2017

Thankful Thursday. I'm thankful that it is Thursday, almost Friday. I look so forward to Fridays and weekends. Had a great run this morning. My legs felt good, the weather was nice, and didn't have any issues. Woke up too early though and probably didn't get enough sleep. I tell myself that if I get too little sleep but then meditate for 40 minutes it all works out. I hope that is true. I feel good when I get up but there are so many studies show that people who sleep less than 6 hours have more chance of cancer and demintia. I probably sleep about 5 hours most nights. Wish I could stay asleep but just can't. Today is a good day and I am feeling okay, not high or low, just steady.
