ME SO HUNGRY!!!

Yesterday, I was ravenous all day long. It did not matter what i ate, a few hours later I was hungry again. And this wasn't ... ge, I am bored, so I want to eat. No, this was a FEED ME SEYMOUR type of gnawing in my gut. So, I ate, but I ate healthy ... well healthy-ish. There was a 1 oz chocolate brownie and a cup of chocolate pudding in there, but everything else was good for me and I stayed under, if barely, my carb, sugar, calorie, & fat daily limits [not so lucky on sodium, however].

Problem is I gnawed through my health snacks I have at work and I have to wait until this weekend to restock. I am just hoping that today my appetite will get ahold of itself, because I do not want to be tempted to resort to the junk food.

Good for your way to stay the course, I had a big hunger day yesterday as well and struggled to stay on track I'm sure today will be a better day:)

It's just a thought, but when I feel like I'm super hungry like that adding lots of healthy extra protein really helps get my appetite in check. :-)
