Fair week to report. Kept to the new exercise program fairly well. Had a family event to attend over the weekend so my eating and routine was a little off. It's funny with family events, when it comes to eating, it's not a matter of falling off the wagon, but more a decisive push! 🤗 But thats life! We have to learn how to allow those weekend indulgences once in a while, but not allow them to beome everyday habits. Cheers all!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
