So I am 6.5 weeks into the Atkins program. It is definitely working for me. I have lost 12+ pounds so far and I am feeling Onederland approaching soon. I am very exited for that because it's been not just years since I've seen that but several years. I have seen the scale fluctuate in the past week up to five pounds and it's very frustrating. I have been feeling very hungry and don't know why. I am eating the same as I have been for the last 6 weeks and I was never hungry before. I am also feeling like I am bloated a bit. I have been drinking my water, but I guess I need to go for that extra 24oz. Tonight I had a bacon cheeseburger for dinner and made a cheddar onion MIM as the bun. I am just stuffed tonight and I still have 6 NC worth of veggies to eat. I don't know how that is going to happen. UGH...
