Have been eating close to 1500 cals a day for the last two days. Had a big jump from 210 to 203. Had Pizza on Saturday too boot. Bad I know!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
