So I was on holiday in Melbourne this week and I thought my excellent work before my holiday would be blown out of the water and hey! it wasn't. Instead I wined and dined in some of the best places, ate a massive load of seafood :-) and drank to much as you tend to do on holiday with the difference of I went to the gym twice and I ran a couple of times (haven't run for over a year) and I swam with the munchkin a lot. Back on the fun wagon to feel good for summer and get that little bit fitter. Got back on Sunday and I ran a full 5km. Nice I say!!!
