Had a week off and back into it. School holidays, did lot of fun activities with the kids including bike riding, sprints (yes I beat my nephews and they were very very surprised!) and had to walk 300 metres with my 30kg child on my shoulders as she hurt her ankle - that is functional fitness for you and that's what I want to maintain and increase flexibility. Back into the good eating now I am in my routine again. Weight stayed the same but again I feel the changes in my thighs and abs. It will drop so :-)

doing well, feeling good!!!, managed 7 day streak of 10,000 + steps. Managed 4 workouts last week and 2 already this week!!! No carbs or very limited carbs at night. Not hard but I don't deny myself either. Ok weight is not dropping off but this is only my 3rd week so not complaining :-)

On track, even though the scales went up. Over illness, medication out of the system. Energy back up. Two workouts completed this week already. even parked the car away from school and ran back to it this morning. Every movement counts! Hit my 10,000 step goal six days in a row.
