This system worked for me the last time I stuck with it. The new goal is to STICK WITH IT and not get distracted. After planning my wedding and dealing with all of the stress therein, I got off track and didn't lose the weight I wanted to for the wedding. My goal is to, in a year or so, have lost the weight I want so I can have engagement photos taken-- I never had any done b/c I didn't want to look this way in them. And I don't want to be overweight when we decide to start having kids; there are too many health risks involved as it is.
