Im sick :( sinis infection, ear infection, throat and chest infection aww.
i know im sick because of the emotional stress i had. I was vomiting.with anxiety and very upset, and now im really sick as a result. Such bulls**t cause i just go 'on a roll' with exercise and was actually really enjoying it. Now by the time i actually can go back to the gym i will have lost some fitness and motivation. Grrrr
