Ate too much today. The weekends always get me. :( Managed to workout tonight, though I already know it won't do much for my weight tomorrow morning.

Distance: 2.71 miles (10.8 laps) Incline: 6.5 Speed: 3 (5min.), 3.7 (25min.), 3.8, 3.9...and alternated Burned: Calories: 450 Fat Cals: 140 {{{This was the best treadmill workout I've had so far. Can't believe I did 3.7mph for 25 minutes straight! That NEVER happens! I'm thinking I have all this stamina and energy from all of the food I ate, but wish I didn't have to eat this much to be able to walk this good. It sure doesn't help me feel better on the scale.Boooo!}}}
