satisfied extra hunger yesterday (~600 extra calories), but it didn't seem to restore me to pre-illness weight. Oh well, I'll just focus on feeling better and go on from here with calorie perscription.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
