Got the big D yesterday - maybe the fallout from the cold of the past week. Anyway, became really hungry and ate probably ~2600-2800 calories yesterday (mostly in chicken, rice, nuts and candy) - I just ate until the emptiness went away. Feeling better today.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
