Doing well on recording food and watching portions. Figuring out to get 50 percent or less of my daily diet as carb intake. Finding how to balance it. Getting better. Weight is standing still, but have not been doing too much exercise. Waiting for Monday and the Biggest Loser Challenge kick off to kick it into high gear. Good luck all !!! Have a fabulous weekend!
