Well, I said the Chinese food and the chili wouldn't kill me, but it sure put a couple of pounds back on me.

However, my blue jeans don't fit like they used to 46" waist down to 44"), my favorite pair of comfy shorts now require me to wear a belt, and my moobs have dropped a couple of cup sizes (per my wife), so overall I'm still doing ok IMHO.

Watching the progress of a few folks on here really has helped me thus far. I really appreciate how supportive this group is and I definitely enjoy seeing all of the foods/recipes that folks post, those help to break up my "routine" menu.

As for the FS family members that are in the path of Irma, remember that we are thinking about you folks and wish nothing but the best for you!
311.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
