More gained…I’m tired of losing the same weight over and over. I’m not sure how long to keep trying. It’s been 4 months and while there’s been progress, my goal is still so far away. I’m not sure the hope of an embryo transfer by December is realistic anymore. I wish I could up my step goal to 15,000/day, but it’s hard enough getting in the 10,000. Speaking of my step count – I’ve been getting 10,000 steps in consistently for a little over a week but my body is still so tired and sore. My legs and back especially. Am I wrong to think my body should have adjusted by now? I walk with good posture and good shoes, just can’t figure out why I’m in such constant pain.
