More gained…I’m tired of losing the same weight over and over. I’m not sure how long to keep trying. It’s been 4 months and while there’s been progress, my goal is still so far away. I’m not sure the hope of an embryo transfer by December is realistic anymore. I wish I could up my step goal to 15,000/day, but it’s hard enough getting in the 10,000.
Speaking of my step count – I’ve been getting 10,000 steps in consistently for a little over a week but my body is still so tired and sore. My legs and back especially. Am I wrong to think my body should have adjusted by now? I walk with good posture and good shoes, just can’t figure out why I’m in such constant pain.

Sorry to hear about your pain. Looks like you're not eating enough calories (looked at your Diet Calendar) and it sounds like you're working out to BUILD muscle, not tone the muscle you have. What type of way of eating are you on? There's a community out here, ready and willing to advise and help you.
