Restart - Labor Day 2017. 4 critical parts to success: 1. This has to be a part of your identity. I am a thin, healthy, sexy, active, athlete. I have to lose the weight to be true to myself. 2. Be obsessed : I have to think about and focus on this all the time. I need to set food, exercise, weight, and H1C goals. I need to track them and make that my daily priority. 3. Do it for someone else: My family will not handle life and thrive without me. I have to do this so I'm healthy and here for them for a long time. 4. Set a deadline: 1 year to normalize my weight and put my diabetes into remission. JUST DO IT!!!
