I haven't been on here in a while was real bad not eating right or exercizing but I'm back with a better outlook any suggestions will help

Glad you are here. Grief can throw a real wrench into healthful habits, is my experience, and lots of unexpected twists. Today is a painful anniversary, more so this year than others, who knows why. -- I find that logging *everything* I eat is freeing, gives insight for specific changes and choices I can make. -- For your loss goals and activity level, some people have a lot of success with low carb approaches. I don't know how that works in case of gastric bypass.

I never thought of grief last year at this time I was 135 lbs and I lost my son after that I went up to 160 now I am 154 after trying to lose it thank you for your encouragement
