so sounds odd, but I was not having regular Bowel Movements... was feeling bloated even with a whole lot less food. Started researching and looking for answers, and I discovered by accident, that I was not replenishing my Potassium in my body.... on Keto I learned that your body flushes out salts / potassium ...I was eating salt, but not supplementing my intake of potassium. I decided I will try a 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar in my Apple Cider Vinegar morning drink. So after eating 4 hard boiled eggs... I had to go... what a relief. will keep track of this... I stalled for 3 days at 260, could not figure out why... but have a deficiency of Ka has caused intestinal issues. Not proven, so will track this.. either way, I need to add Ka to my routine because I am not getting enough just on the little food I am eating.

Side note: my gout is still an issue, but I am fighting it hard. Still taking Allopurinal ... but a friend recommended 1000mg of Vit C... so I got a bottle of it, and started this AM. So after 4 hours of taking Vit C, I am feeling less pain in my ankle. will monitor this ... taking 1000mg of Vit C might be the trick.

back to my egg and salads.. and 80 oz of water a day as a minimum.
