Wondering if tummy issues are related to: eating so many green veggies? does our well need to be shocked again? (been a year) will the probiotics help? (took some this morning) is there something in the air?
Still working out. Find myself tired around 9pm (could really be the workouts). Went to heart doctor yesterday for office visit (routine checkup) and everything fine there.
Trying to follow instructions on internet suggestions: NO snacks Eat 3 meals only Take probiotics Cut back on green leafy vegetables (yeah...will try. No guarantee, since most of our veggies are green!)
